Our recipes are written and perfected by top restaurant chefs, using only the finest ingredients – like Cornish sea salt, superb dates and our sustainable Colombian cocoa.

We don’t touch anything artificial – additives are banned from our kitchen. And we have no need for preservatives, either. Baking our desserts in their pots naturally doubles their fridge life, whilst giving them their unique, inimitable depth and creamy texture.
