A bread pudding is the ultimate comfort dessert, but needs to be made with care to keep it delicate. We hand-cut our bread, sprinkle with golden raisins and then soak it in a sweet and creamy vanilla custard made with Madagascan vanilla, the best of vanillas. We like to give the bread a good soaking so that it truly takes on sweetness and falvour. Sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon, this divine handmade dessert is light, yet creamy & totally delicious.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PERFECT VANILLA & CINNAMON BREAD PUDDING
Take the wooden tray from the sleeve and remove the plastic film. For best results, our Chef recommends heating it up in the oven for a crisp cinnamon top!
Oven: Preheat your oven to 350F. Place wooden tray on the middle shelf in the oven, (away from any element or flame) and cook for 16-18 minutes.
