how to prepare your Crème Brûlée
Remove the lid, empty the caramel flakes from the sachet onto the top of your brûlée, spread as a thin layer and enjoy.
Alternatively, for the classic crème brûlée: Place the pot under pre-heated broiler until the sugar fully caramelizes (2-3 minutes). Be careful not to burn. Leave to stand for 2 minutes for the perfect cracking top!
3. Or, use a blow torch to lightly caramelize the product until desired colour.
Consume within one day after opening the lid.
