To prepare each dessert from chilled:
Remove the sleeve and lid. Then...
OVEN: Preheat to 320 ̊F. Place pot on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 12-14 mins.
MICROWAVE: Place pot on a microwave-safe plate. Heat pot on full power for 45-60 seconds, depending on how powerful your microwave is. Be careful - your molten sauce will begin to erupt!
Leave to stand for 1 min before serving. Don’t reheat once cooked.
