“BAking’s most fortunate mistake”

Legend has it that this cake was created when a backer mistakenly forgot to add flour to a batch of chocolate cakes. We’ve made this virtue in ours, replacing flour with ground almonds and using the finest single-origin chocolate to make a sumptuously rich, fudgy cake.

SERVE HOT or cold

There are two ways to enjoy your perfect flourless chocolate cakE:

Straight from the fridge, for a rich & fudgy experience OR heated for a rich & molten experience

STRAIGHT FROM THE FRIDGE: Remove the lid and enjoy!

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid. Place the pot in the microwave and heat on full power for 20-30 seconds. Take care as the pot can get hot.

Why not try it with a scoop of ice cream or mascarpone.

All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Eat within one day of removing the lid.
