What Chef Andrew has been up to recently...
It has been all hands on deck here at Pots & Co. Alongside the launch of our newest desserts to our range, our Chef, Andrew, has been busy delivering some tasty new recipes with our friends at Great British Chefs.
Last Month, we partnered with Great British Chefs to develop 4 delicious recipes to garnish our pots. A lemon confit to top our Lemon & Lime Posset, a Black Forest Compote for our Little Pots of 70% Ganache, a honeycomb for our Double Chocolate Ganache and a cocoa tuile to top our Salted Caramel & Chocolate Ganache (Pot de Creme). We spent the day filming some reels with our friends at Sibling and Rival. You can find more information about them here. We also got some wonderful photos shot by Andrew Hayer-Watkins .
